Closed testing is insanely hard — not because of the code, but because of the people ops.

Getting testers is hard

Asking them “please install…” is awkward

Keeping it going for 14 days is even worse

And every time you ship a new build: “please update…” again

The worst part?
If you grind through 14 days and still get rejected, you’re basically back to day 1. That can destroy your launch timeline.
So I searched around and found Doply.
